An easy 5-6km session ran at a conversational pace

An easy 5-6km session ran at a conversational pace
⚡ 8am, Sunday 14th June at Sole Motive Melbourne CBD
A Sunday Long Run, ranging between 12–24km in various paces
will be providing electrolytes
