We're excited to be running another Come and Try Day at Blackburn! 🧗🏻‍♀️🦾

This event is for active people of all physical abilities; no rock climbing experience or equipment required! We'll work with a team of volunteers to get you comfortable and achieving your goals on the wall.

Our November Come and Try Day has reached Participant capacity! We've currently paused sign-ups to ensure we have enough volunteers for everyone to be safe and have a good time.

If you're interested in climbing with us please join the waitlist via link in our bio as we may be able to open additional participant slots closer to the event.

Amputee climber (and Prosthetic Technicial) Che and ACV committee member (and Prosthetist) Breanna are presenting next month at the National Congress about all things climbing prosthetics! 🧗🤓

Take a couple of minutes to let them know what setup you climb with, and what you'd like your Prosthetist to know!

Survey takes approx 2mins, and will help inform Prosthetists all over Australia how they can best help you meet your climbing goals. 🏅

This past weekend, the ACV team spent a whole day discussing our values, our priorities, and all of our dream projects ✨⁣
⁣
Our strategic planning day was all about re-defining who we are and our goals so that we can make the most of our resources to keep growing adaptive climbing and changing people’s lives through this beautiful sport.⁣
⁣
Thanks to for organising us an amazing meeting space for the day 🙌⁣
⁣
Even though we’re a small team, there is so much dedication and heart in this group of people. Thanks to everyone who attended and contributed on the day (a couple of people are missing from this photo!)⁣

We’re looking forward to bringing you more events, education, advocacy, and adaptive climbing amazingness over the next year!⁣

The Paraclimbing Committee have organised a training camp at SICG Villawood (NSW) from Nov 11-12 for any paraclimbing athlete preparing to compete overseas in 2024 or 2025 🦾⁣
⁣
National level classification will also be available at this event for any athlete that hasn’t been classified at an IFSC event and is aiming to join the 2024 national team⁣
