Finished inside top 10% overall, won my age division, the heart rate says I pushed it pretty hard. Hit the wall at 9 km but the last 5 obstacles amongst my best and so with no penalties, managed to hit my goal from 12 months ago. To win my age group. Im now breaking all recovery rules and having a delectable pint.
