Due to the success of East Burwood Football Club Reserves making a Preliminary Final, this weekends “Season Launch” will be postponed to Thursday 1st October 2026 for a 7pm start which will include team selection for Round 1, welcoming of new players to EBCC followed by a BBQ dinner.

Another key re-signing for the Woods! 🏏

Andrew Smith has officially recommitted for Season 2026/27, and we're thrilled to have Smithy back in the black and yellow after a terrific first season at the club. 💛🖤🤍

We're also excited to welcome both Smithy and his partner, Jaimee into our Social Committee for the upcoming season. Jaimee will also be joining our inaugural Women's Social Cricket Program, making it a big summer ahead for the pair, both on and off the field.

🪵 NEW SEASON FOR JUNIORS IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER. 🏏💛🖤🤍

The cricket season for our juniors is just around the corner, and we'd love to welcome some new faces to East Burwood Cricket Club for Season 2026/27.

Whether your child is picking up a bat for the very first time or returning for another summer, the Woods is a place where they can develop their skills, make lifelong mates and fall in love with the game in a fun, inclusive and supportive environment.

Our junior program caters for players of all ages and abilities, with dedicated coaches, fantastic facilities and a club that prides itself on creating memories both on and off the field. Cricket is only part of what we do! The friendships, confidence and sense of belonging are what keep families coming back year after year.

We're also on the lookout for parents and family members who'd like to get involved as coaches, team managers or junior committee members. Whether you have years of cricket experience or none at all, there's a role for everyone and we'd love to have you as part of the Woods community.
