A little side note; I was picking up my daughter after work, from a night at her friends house. This beautiful family is from Mauritius, so we sat and had a beautiful cup of nurturing tea. A Mauritius version of chai tea. And the conversation led to our show, and the mum and older niece got excited and inspired and put one of the episodes on their tv straight away. ‘Oh we are going to follow you and share with our friends’ Two instant fans! Haha 😜 It was a really beautiful moment for me to feel their joy and oneness ❤️

I am honoured and humbled to have been invited by Dean Ellinson as a guest education presenter for BNI Network Partners Online.

I love connecting with people, presenting and helping business and leaders grow!

I shared valuable insights on building powerful connections, The focus of today’s session was on “Contact Spheres,”

A contact sphere is a group of business professionals with compatible, non-competitive professions, forming a dynamic power team.

I emphasised that, much like any relationship, we need to get to know our network members and referral partners in order to build trust and understanding.

This is not about basic ; it’s about advanced strategies to foster profitability through meaningful referral relationships.

This is me presenting Education yesterday on why having 121’s is important in your networking groups. What to do to make it intentional and impactful, because ultimately we want to build relationships and create more business.

I almost didn’t recognise myself, taking care of my inner health on a consistent basis, I have more energy, clarity, confidence, fitter, and I’m surrounded by positive people.
And I am 20kgs lighter! Woohoo! 8.7kg to hit my Christmas goal 💃💃🥰

I will lead not follow….

There is a beautiful feeling when your soul aligns with your goals, your mission, your vision and your purpose.

I’ve climbed mountains, completed obstacle courses, ran kilometres, fought 1,000’s of words and many battles, immersed myself in course after course, stood up as a leader for sporting industries, community organisations, called out poor behaviour in workplace organisations, taken on leadership roles that may have disrupted the status quo.

Metaphorically I’ve been thrown to the wolves, and I put my masculine energy forward for protection for so many years. That my friends is the real battle of women in leadership.

Yet still, I make it my mission to help people, to lead with compassion kindness and love. And embrace my feminine side, balanced with my masculine.

I am surrounded by the most loving supportive people and we are a mirror of each other.

I see you; you know who you are.

And still; we rise ❤️
