Move, Breath, Heal.
This isn't just fitness. This is healing.
As a first responder, I was trained to stay calm in chaos-but inside, I was carrying years of unspoken trauma. I lived in survival mode, numbing myself with alcohol, pushing through depression, and trying to outrun PTSD.
Martial Arts gave me a way to fight back-physically & mentally.
Breathwork helped me emotionally. I was able to reconnect with myself, calm my nervous system, and release what I'd buried deep inside. It opened the door to healing when nothing else could.
That's why we created this event.
A space to move, breathe, and heal.
You don't need experience. You don't need to be at your best.
