We learn to trust ourselves, our own bodies, and our own minds as we start doing things we didn’t think were possible at the start

Our teens classes run every Monday 4–5pm and Wednesday 4:45–5:45pm. Progression and learning are always at the centre, and every small win builds their confidence, one smile at a time 😊

Step Up Knee Tips!

Change the angle depending on your opponent’s reaction:

Turn the hip in more if elbows come in

Extend the hips further if they turtle up super tight

Pivot and chase if they angle away

Tap your foot with your hand as fast as possible to get that pop

Some raw pads from today with ! Had an absolutely ripper session. Glad to have you over on this side for a while!!

It's been such a long time since I've hit pads where I'm smiling from the start to finish.

Muay thai like this honestly feels like finding a part of my identity. I raise my guard and every thing sort of just connects again, my hands have been here before and they know where they belong. Its sort of like losing a limb and then realising it was always there 😅

Thank you again for the session and letting me try your gloves! They completed outfit perfectly 😂
