Shout out to our D Grade Barbecue Sauce Award winner, Chloe!

At just 18, Chloe has shown more grit, heart, and generosity than many twice her age. She’s risen through her own trials and come out the other side with a determination that inspired every single one of us. All weekend she was the first to step up, the first to put her hand up for whatever the team needed, and the one we could rely on to stay steady and strong.

What makes her even more special is the way she does it — with a smile that never wavered, and an attitude that lifted the whole dugout. Chloe doesn’t just play the game, she embodies what Emeralds Fastpitch is all about: resilience, teamwork, and joy in the sport.

We couldn’t be prouder to celebrate her with this award. Well done, Chloe, you’re exactly the kind of player and person who makes this club what it is. Be curious, not judgemental. 💚🖤

Our lead off hitter and left fielder - #10 - Hayley 🥎

It’s easy to be positive when the score is in your favour, but Hayley stayed positive even when the chips were down. She supported her team mates, welcomed our new Emeralds and encouraged everyone to give it their absolute best go. It’s not just about on field performance, it’s about playing with heart. Congratulations Hayley, we were so proud to have you in black and green 💚🖤
