I have decided to do 800 swings a day from now to "end of lockdown " when ever that is.
Day 3 today.
Today was On The Minute
2 handed swings
Morning workout
Set 1 14 reps
Set 2 16 reps for 20 mins

Arvo workout
10 mins of above.
10 sets of
5 2 hand swings
5 L &5 R 1 arm swings
Followed by workout on the pic.
And then random set when I happen to walk past the bell during the day
