South Upwey Netball Club is a vibrant and successful club located in the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria

The South Upwey Netball Club was formed in 1968 and played its first competitive games in 1968, with the club's home ground at South Upwey Primary School. The club's current home courts at Eloera St in Upwey were secured some years later and we continued to play with the MDNA association in Ferntree Gully. The club now fields many teams in the Winter and Spring competition, from under 11s to A-Grade with new players always welcome.

💜⚡️PREMIERS ⚡️💜

A massive congratulations to Bill and the U18 Shadows on their spectacular Grand Final win this weekend. The Shadows played an absolutely brilliant game of netball, with every player putting in 110% effort to come away with a two-goal win over an undefeated Emerald side.

An extra special congratulations to Asha Beckett for being awarded Grand Final MVP by the umpires for her impressive and relentless defensive work in GK. She took some stunning intercepts and was a rebounding machine! In addition to being the ultimate hype girl for the team she put on an absolute defensive masterclass for everyone watching. Well done, Asha👏

This team has put in the hard yards every week to develop and grow over the course of the season and this achievement is a testament to that hard work. The whole club is so proud of you all 💜

We have three amazing teams competing for the 2026 Winter Premiership tomorrow! 🎉

Starting at 10.30am we have three games back to back. We need our amazing SUNC community to turn the stadium purple, get loud and cheer these players on! 💜

No stranger to playing finals, this U18 squad played an absolutely brilliant game on the weekend to reach the 2026 Winter Grand Final!

After a thrilling win in overtime in their preliminary final, the Strikers have secured their spot in the 2026 Winter Grand Final 🎉

Making an appearance in a Grand Final is an amazing achievement for any team, but following a season plagued by injuries, it’s especially incredible for our A Grade side.
