This build was prettttty special… 🍷

We stripped the frame right back, had it sandblasted and powdercoated in this incredible deep burgundy called Claret, then rebuilt it from the ground up with just about everything new.

Easily one of our favourite builds of the past little while. We love how the silver and tan details came together so nicely 🤌

It wasn’t the cheapest build we’ve ever done, but whether your budget is big or small then get in touch and let’s see what we can come up with!

After a couple of wonderful years at The Rocket Surgeon, Danny is off to explore the world. I’m sure you’ll all miss his friendly face as much as we will.

Danny is heading overseas, which means Fitzroy’s little bike shop that could is on the hunt for a new Bicycle Mechanic! 🧰

Is that you? We’re looking for someone who’s a whizz on the tools, takes real pride in the quality of their work, and enjoys working on all sorts of bikes. From commuters and cargo bikes to road, mountain and electric bikes, we see a bit of everything in the workshop.

We’re open to discussing either full-time or part-time work for the right person, however 4-days per week (0.8 FTE) is our ideal. Competitive pay and conditions as well, with a free lunch every day; where else do you get that these days?

Why do they make bikes with the triple triangle frame design? No idea, but it sure looks pimp 🙌

Brody Rocket finished off this little number this afternoon, fresh for the weekend for one of our fave regulars.
