Nordic Hamstring Curl (Assisted)🙌

If you want incredibly strong hamstrings and injury resilience, Nordic curls are one of the best. Setup Kneel on a mat and anchor your heels under a bar. We like to use the smith machine.

Technique Cues: ✔️Keep your hips extended. ✔️Lower slowly toward the floor ✔️Keep your core tight ✔️Use your hands if needed
✔️Control the movement as best you can

Our Saturday small group sessions are full of professionals who refuse to let 48 hours undo 5 days of work. Your own program. A coach who knows your name. 6–8 people max. That’s it.
