We’re excited to announce that we have a new instructor starting with us on Thursday mornings!

Formerly a lawyer, Anthi’s Pilates journey began during her pregnancy in 2014 as a way to deal with her chronic back pain.

She continued with Pilates after her pregnancy-driven by the sheer desire to regain her health and get her body back to its pre-pregnancy self.

The Classical Pilates Method delivered results. It fixed her back and diastasis (abdominal separation); and along the way, she became stronger and leaner.

With three young children, Anthi believes in a balanced approach to health. She strives to assist clients to relieve their pain and build stronger, leaner bodies.

Anthi was trained by Alycea Ungaro, who trained with Romana Kryzanowska, Joseph Pilates’ protégé; and taught at Flex Studio in Hong Kong as a senior instructor.

Anthi can teach in English and Vietnamese. She also speaks conversational Japanese.
