So much of healing your relationship with food comes from changing the way you think about it day to day. Eating what you enjoy doesn’t need guilt attached to it, not every craving means lack of control, and sometimes the things we avoid the most are the things holding the most power over us. A little more awareness, and a little less fear is lil you need! 🄰

Send me a DM is this resonated with you, and I’ll respond to them all in part 3 during this week!! šŸ¤

Your body keeps score of the choices you make every day.
The best investments are free, and they pay you back for life. 🌱
Healing your relationship with food and choosing habits that support you instead of punish you will always change you for the better.

Small choices today become a stronger, happier version of you tomorrow.

Big sister energy for a second šŸ¤
You don’t need to ā€œearnā€ your food. You don’t need to start over on Monday. And you definitely don’t need to feel guilty for enjoying a meal.

Eat when you’re hungry. Stop when you’re satisfied (not stuffed, not restricted….just… enough). Crave something? You’re allowed to have it without turning it into a whole spiral.
Food freedom isn’t chaos. It’s trust. And yeah, it might feel messy at first, but that doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.
I’ve got you. Keep going. šŸ’›

A balanced life isn’t about being perfect with food or disciplined every second of the day. It’s about giving your body enough variety to feel safe. Some days that looks like a proper meal and a walk that clears your head, other days it’s takeaway on the couch and going to bed earlier than usual.

Your nervous system picks up on that rhythm. When everything isn’t pushed to extremes, it settles. You think clearer, sleep deeper, and stop feeling like you’re constantly trying to reset yourself.

Consistency doesn’t come from control, it comes from feeling regulated enough to show up again tomorrow.šŸ˜ŽāœŠ

Diet culture teaches you to mistrust your body, to shrink yourself, and to believe your worth is tied to numbers. But your body isn’t a problem to fix, it’s a relationship to nurture.

When you step away from diet culture, you create space for something more sustainable: trust, balance, and peace. And that’s what I’m all about.
If you feel like stepping away from diet culture is hard for you, send me a DM and we can chat about how you can overcome it! šŸ«¶šŸ˜Ž

In a world that glorifies being busy, sometimes the strongest thing you can do is slow down.

Rest isn’t laziness. It’s part of the process. Remember that the quiet moments and the recovery days are where growth actually happens. Whether it’s after a tough gym session or just a long week, your body and mind need time to reset.

Push hard, but don’t forget to pause. Recovery fuels strength, and slowing down is how you keep going. I know I’ve had to do this in the last week. šŸ’šŸµ

Unlearning diet culture isn’t easy, especially when it’s everywhere you look. But just because it’s popular doesn’t mean it’s right for you.

Food freedom isn’t built overnight. It takes time, patience, and a whole lot of self-trust to reconnect with your body and let go of rigid rules. Some days will feel harder than others, and that’s part of the process.

Choosing to step away from diet culture is choosing yourself. Keep going šŸ¤

Easter used to feel like a bit of a food battle for me, but not this year šŸ£šŸ«

I’m choosing food freedom, giving myself full permission to enjoy the chocolate and hot cross buns without guilt, while still listening to my body, eating regularly, and slowing down enough to actually savour it all. I’m not labeling foods as good or bad, and I’m definitely not trying to ā€œearnā€ or make up for what I eat. It’s just a weekend, and my health isn’t defined by a few days.

I’d rather focus on the people, the moments, and feeling good in my body, because we’re allowed to enjoy Easter and still feel like ourselves šŸ’›
