We are heading to the end of the year and before we bust out some xmas songs we are going to dance and exercise our hearts out to all the great songs from GREASE!!

All of my classes are run during the day, mostly in the mornings (9.30am). So we get a fantastic range of ladies that come along from shift-workers who don't start work until the afternoon, to baby boomers and/or retirees. We get mums coming after they drop off their kids to school and part-time workers or carers.
These classes aren't only to get you moving and fit and strong. They are also a great way to make connections with other fabulous women in the community, sing along to the songs, have a laugh and leave feeling like you have started off the day in a positive way. :)
All classes are low-impact. You won't feel like you need to vomit and collapse after them but you will definitely get sweaty and get stronger.
Classes are held in Doncaster, Mitcham and Balwyn North.

We use all sorts of equipment in barre to make the workouts more varied and to give a full body workout. We are using sliders here in the video. 💪🏻💪🏻☺️. We also have Pilates balls, bands and light weights and of course the barre itself!!
Classes are held in north Balwyn on Mondays at 12.30pm and Tuesdays at 9.30am. All to great music!!
