RICHARD HUANG 🥇

We are so happy to introduce you to our new PT that will be working with us at Jetts St Kilda.
With over 10 years of experience working as a professional personal trainer and a Strength & Conditioning coach, Richard has all the right tools to guide you in the right direction when it comes to training/nutrition.

Graduated with a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science followed by a MSc in Clinical Exercise Physiology in New Zealand. He is also a qualified Strength & Conditioning coach with 10 years of personal training experience. He is a firm believer in evidence-based training with a focus on corrective movement and technique. His specialties include weight loss, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, powerlifting and athletic development.

We hope everyone is doing ok this lockdown. 🤗

Look after yourselves and each other. Tell someone if you’re feeling down and check in with your friends to see how they’re getting on; a simple phone call can go a long way! Motivate your mates to push through their home workouts (check out Jetts At Home!) and to get out and about for walks and fresh air.

In line with government restrictions the gym will be temporary closed from 7pm tonight.

Stay positive and stay tuned for future updates as we will let you know once we have the A-OK from the govt to reopen, fingers crossed in just 7 days time!!

We love to hear what members think about our gym ☺️ You'll recieve a survey via email from time to time simply asking you to rate us out of 10 and to leave an optional quick comment. For us this works like an Uber rating (FYI 9’s and 10’s are like 5 star ratings but 8’s or below makes our score drop right down 😔) and it would mean a lot to us if you can take a moment to fill it out!

Of course, we are always here to listen and we value your feedback so if you have any questions or suggestions please feel free to talk to us in person at the club!

❗️ATTENTION MEMBERS ❗️

Unfortunately, due to changes to the most recent Vic Gov announcement, from this Monday morning gyms are required to have a Covid Check in Marshall (a staff member) present during all opening hours.

We are sorry to announce that this news means we will be unable to operate 24/7 for the time being. 💔💔

Starting Monday 2nd August our OPEN HOURS are as follows:

MON - THURS: 6am - 9pm
FRIDAY: 6am - 5pm
SATURDAY: 8am - 3pm
SUNDAY: Closed

Please note the requirement for a Covid-19 Check in Marshall is a government and industry mandate that we must follow to keep everyone safe and healthy. We are doing everything possible to keep the gym open for as long as possible so you can get your workouts in.
