Melbourne Marathon Festival

Melbourne Marathon Festival The 2026 is taking to Melbourne's streets on Saturday 10 & Sunday 11 October.

This year the festival will comprise of the following events:
42.2km Nike Melbourne Marathon
42.2km Nike Wheelchair Marathon
21.1km Nike Half Marathon
10km Run
5km Run
3km Walk

The event is set in the heart of Melbourne with event courses running through Yarra Park, St Kilda, Flinders Street, the Shrine of Remembrance, and finishing with one lap of the iconic MCG.

The final second chance ballot for the 2026 Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival is now closed. There will be no further ballots run for the 2026 event.

A final allocation of entries has been released - this is the only second chance ballot for the Half Marathon that will be run this year.

Your Second Chance Starts Now | The 42.195km Nike Melbourne Marathon ballot is now open.
A final allocation of entries has been released — this is the only second chance ballot for the Marathon that will be run this year.
