Life has been the most beautiful journey so many challenges and so many beautiful times, shaping me to be who I am today. Tyson is 5 and at school now, we live in Melbourne we moved over just before the lockdown.

I work at F45 Truganina as a Coach + I am also embarking on a new journey with PT from Home 🤭🥹🫶🏾. I still have so much passion and drive to help other women & really help build their foundation within their fitness + health. My goals are so stronger than ever to help guide and support other women, the mission is on - western melbourne ladies keep your eyes out 💗🫶🏾
