WEโRE BACK! ๐ค๐ฅ
After 3ยฝ years out of a Can-Am X3, it felt bloody good to finally be back in the driverโs seat. We made the trip over to Beachport, South Australia, for the Southern States Club Challenge Day/Night Raceโand what a way to kick things off. ๐๐ฅ
Heat 1:
Started mid-pack and spent the race getting a feel for the new car. Despite battling tyre issues, we pushed through to finish 7th outright. Not a bad way to start learning a completely different package. ๐ช๐ผ
Heat 2:
With no front sway bar, the car definitely kept us honest and made for a pretty wild ride. ๐
After changing up our lines and building confidence, we fought our way to 3rd in Class and 8th Outright. ๐๐ผ๐ฅ
To say weโre stoked would be an understatement. We loaded the car back onto the trailer with minimal damage, a heap of valuable seat time, and plenty of confidence heading into the next round.
This Can-Am X3 is an absolute weapon, and weโre only just getting started. Every lap is building confidence, every race weโre learning more, and before long weโll be pushing harder than ever. Time to keep the right foot buried, throw some dirt, and chase those podiums! ๐จ๐
