Massive shoutout to .murray who was instrumental in getting the wash working over this past few months. Ailsa has been doing an internship with for the past few months. A massive part of her job was getting Brawler Bar working. She has done incredible work and we are thankful for her hard work on Brawler Bar.

I recently travelled to Brisbane to complete the SFG1 course
This was not an attendance course and took me to the hurt locker for 3 days. The instructors were extremely knowledgeable and afterwards I left with an invigorated love for bell training.
I would encourage anyone that trains BJJ or MMA to have a look at supplementing their martial arts with some bell training. It has been a game changer for me.
