YOU’RE TRYING TO FIX EARLY EXTENSION THE WRONG WAY. 🚨
Everyone talks about “creating space” by rotating the hips harder.
But simply trying to spin your hips isn’t the answer.
To create space, you need to understand how you interact with the ground.
Think about jumping: you have to push down to go up, and push forward to move backwards.
In the golf swing, that means learning to use toe-to-heel pressure, or anterior-to-posterior force, effectively.
👉 Apply force through the front of the foot
👉 Push into the ground
👉 Use that force to move the pelvis back and create space
The pelvis moving away from the ball is an outcome of how you apply force, not something you should manufacture by simply trying to rotate harder.
