Crazy Experience with Crazy Domains . A customer with the for over ten years, they always had a problem with my videos and sent some nasty emails demanding I remove them. I make Crazy Domains aware of their Unlimited Space, Unlimited Bandwidth, Unlimited Emails policy I sighed up with so they accused me of file sharing, meaning I have videos that are not related to WEB pages. Then I show them that they are wrong again and eventually, I get an apology.

For the past six months, my WEB page experienced downtimes. Initially a few outages at fifteen minutes to a couple of hours. I reported the outages to Crazy Domains but they dismissed them with:
- Clear your cache and cookies, reinstall the browser, ladida...
- It is working now so we cannot do anything about it.
- How do you know that?
Now it has come to a point where the outages are up to 12 hours a day.

I feel that Crazy Domains mishandling of the issue harms my business. I feel that anyone on Crazy Domains or thinking to hose their WEB site on Crazy Domains should know how they deal with their customers. They advertise that they are friendly and helpful and for sure, password changes, sales, and simple stuff is great and gets them a 93% customer satifaction but consider the 7% of which I am one. But anything that requires a second level or even elevated technical service, BEWARE!
