entry, social, age, or competition. Were not just here to win the race , but be the best we can be.! Once chance is all we get to maintain correct health and balance within our busy lives. By enjoying both of these , wellness appears. In ways you could never imagine....

It’s never too late to get back on the health train … If you have had moments where focus was difficult and life threw you lemon after lemon , hang in there ! Stay focused .
Your health is your mantra , stay focused and heath driven .
As we age the ball changes , not for want but past life … stay in front of the ball .

I always “thought” I was eating healthily getting the vitamins I needed .
After spending 6 days detoxing from sugar, caffeine , dairy and not to mention electrical gadgets and distraction . Eating a fully organic diet during this time was mind blowing 🤩food never tasted sooooo good ! 😍
I’ve eaten a meal which was Indian food since then and to be honest it has NO taste at all !
Losing 2.5kg and eating nourishing food is the best choice I ever made . No pesticides no toxins no sprays ...... this mornings joy of the markets bringing home my weeks organic food is so exciting .
If you have thought about it , DO IT
