Great adults' class tonight - here's Sensei Kit demonstrating a quick self defense strike. Note there is no loading of the arm before the strike - just hinge at the shoulder and press with the heel. Seems pretty simple right 😀

It goes without saying - but how much better is going to training than going to work?!

Great fun tonight - the kids showed off their excellent strikes and kicks - the adults ironed out gyaku tsuki, hip throws, and wrist locks... and everyone got push ups!

Keep it up.

A great first term everyone! Sensei Adam and I are really proud of your hard work and effort.

Reminder for Parents: There will be no Kid's class on Tuesday 2nd April. We will resume the following week on 9th April.

Adults - we'll train as per usual.
