Owned and operated by Jake Matthews who is currently contracted to the UFC, XLR8 Training Centre is a premier Martial arts and fitness facility providing a range of classes and disciplines for all ages, abilities & fitness levels! Facilities include; Extensive matted area with wall pads and cage, raised boxing ring, strength and conditioning area, common area, separate toilets and shower.
