Half marathon sn**ch! Congratulations to the team mates Tristan Crane and Alessandro Pastrana - Tristan was able to get through his 1st 30 minutes with the 24 kg (with minimal training) and Alessandro was able to hit Master of Sport with some huge numbers on the 32 kg sn**ch!

1st time for 28s LC half marathon!
First time for me getting through 30 minutes on this weight. It was not many more reps than my 10 minutes pb (85 reps).

Big thanks to everyone for helping me get through it!

I felt like I had a lot left in the tank, but was just trying to avoid my hands getting too numb...

I'm sure people have done more reps than that. Has anyone done 30 minutes in competition before?

Initially, the cost will be donation based for online classes.

Classes will be great for changing up your training during the off-season or people looking to improve their Fitness with kettlebell sport.

21 minutes of long cycle 28 kg x 2, Time PB!
Test set for half marathon with 28 kg bells.

I did an additional two minutes of a combination of overhead squats swings and bumps before putting the kettlebells down.

The main limiting factor was my hands going numb. Not so much strength or cardio...

Pause sn**ch is a great way to build positional strength for moving up to heavier kettlebells.

Thanks to Paolo Gagliardi for helping out. He was hit CMS in biathlon this year, hopefully MS next year.

This helped with the recent 3 minute set.

LC 28 kg x 2, 78 reps. This was well off my best, but I've had a lot less time to train lately. However, it was great to catch up with everyone.
