Half marathon 24 kg long cycle,
I'm was happy to hit a 2 rep pb and get the Master of Sport rank. This is the only second time I've done this type set.

First 10 minutes = 60 reps, 2nd 10 minutes = 59 reps, last 10 minutes = 83 reps

It covers a smart way to train for kettlebell sport!

So big I had to break it into two parts.

Part 1, Programming manual - offers a scientific approach to smart kettlebell training. 88 pages

Part 2, 3 x 3 program - Scientific programming for triathlon, biathlon, and long cycle. 69 pages

It should be out soon, just finishing it off.

Backyard workout instead of the normal gym workout.

Normally, I do long cycle intervals with 36s as my main set. So I split apart the jerk and clean to increase the density instead of using the heavier Bells.
