🥳🥂💋WOW…..what a year it has been. I know for me there has been many highs and lows, lots of lessons learnt, failures along the way. I have tried new things and I have let go of some old things that no longer serve me.

It has been a year of self discovery, reflection and realisation. One thing I know for sure is what I want out of my life, who I want to share my time with and I have absolute clarity on where I am heading and how I am going to achieve my goals and dreams.

Sometimes in life you have to draw the line in the sand and give yourself a kick up the arse. Take control, step up and step of the comfort cliff and trust that you will fly 🦋…..Well that time is RIGHT NOW!

🥰 WOW 🥰

These last 2 years have been extremely stressful for all of us all over the world. I know for me this last lockdown ( number 6) here in
Melbourne was the toughest of all. 🤪🤦🏼‍♀️

It wasn’t until we came out of lockdown (number 6) that I realised the effects it had had on me both physically, mentally and emotionally. I decided to take back control, take back my power and the first thing was to focus on my nutrition, to look at what my body needed. 🍓🫐🥦🥑🍏

I reached out to a friend who I had been following for a while, watching her just ooze radiance, vitality and wellness🥰. I asked her what she was doing and how could I get some 😁 almost 6 weeks on and I am feeling so much better, more energy , sleeping better, feeling more alive and you can see it in my eyes and skin 🙏🏻👀 you truly are what you put in your body 💋
