Hi local parents of young athletes 👋🏻

We have something to keep the kids busy these school holidays.

A few local parents have given us the responsibility of taking care of their children’s sports specific strength and conditioning and we have come to love training sports passionate kids.

As a result, we have decided to run a holiday program for kids aged 11-17 who want to train and get better at their specific sport.

This easter April 7th to April 22nd – Intake now open
We will be taking on 12 local young athletes to take part in our Easter Holiday Strength program.

8 Personal Coaching sessions over just over 2 weeks + an initial 60–90-minute assessment.

Why us?
✅ Personalised programming. We don’t do group training. Your child will have their own sports specific program to follow at their own pace.
✅ A Coach will be allocated to your child to review their training and programming.
✅We teach! We aren’t smashing your kids through crazy fitness classes. Your children will learn how to lift safely under the guidance of our strength coaches.
✅ We are at your convenience. As we don’t do classes, your child can train anytime from 6am-11am or 4.30pm-8pm weekdays or 9am-11.30 Saturday. This gives you over 8 hours of flexibility to get them in or pick them up.

Cost : Early bird offer 50% off - before April 3rd. :$120.00 for 9 Personal Coaching sessions
After April 3rd - $240.00
