Working in schools is tough!

If you need a chance to decompress and ease into the upcoming school holidays, come join me for a half-day yoga retreat.

All levels welcome. It's not about the fancy poses. It's about rest and restoration.

Sometimes the necessary thing is also a hard thing.

I've just signed off from yoga teaching for the rest of the year, as I'm taking term 4 off to focus on family commitments and give myself a little more time.

As you can probably tell, I'm a bit emotional. Mainly because I love yoga, and helping other people get to know yoga brings me great joy. And I've put my heart and soul into sharing yoga for almost the last 7 years.

So it's see ya later for now. I plan to keep up with the monthly emails but won't be updating this page for a while.

And while it feels hard, it also feels right.

As I said in my last class this morning...

May we carry the gifts of this time together into whatever comes next.
