The Power House Cricket Club was formed in 1989 by a group of guys who decided they wanted to spend the summer enjoying a friendly game of cricket together. Beginning with just one side playing in a YMCA matting competition, PHCC then moving to the Mercantile Cricket Association with great success now having won 9 Premierships. The most recent flag has been our C North side winning the flag in 202
0-21 season. The MCA is a turf competition. Through the MCA we are able to utilise the grounds located in Fawkner Park, as our home grounds. During the summer season we train at Fawkner park nets. In Winter we field a side in the Mid Year Cricket Association(MYCA) on a synthetic wicket located in Fawkner park. The Power House Cricket Club is affiliated with Power House & Lord Somers Camp, which is recognized as one of the premier youth leadership and development organisations in Australia.
