I talk quite a bit about multiple dimensions.

The Physical, The Emotional, The Spiritual and The Business Realm.

But why start a business at all when it causes such turmoil, pain and growth?

To the untrained eye it makes absolutely zero sense what so ever.

Wouldn’t you rather just get a job, earn decent coin slowly pay off your mortgage in 45 years.

Play in the system that society has created for your well being and live a care free happy life?

To me the pursuit of business shows me one thing about a person. They are willing to explore the depths of who they are as an individual.

They are willing to risk it all and walk the path of resistance face on.

Well aware of the rough seas ahead.

They embark on a journey towards freedom.

Complete Freedom.

Business is never about the destination. Its about what you become along this journey,

You unlock parts of yourself that have been suppressed and hidden for eternity.

Following my business journey towards something against the status quo has tested me mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.. more than I could have ever imagined.

From experiencing doubt, fear, and scarcity

All the way to finally being free of the world rules. To live life in abundance, happiness and gratitude.

This is why you start a business. To overcome the obstacles of all these false emotions, belief systems and traumas.. to become the highest version of yourself.

This Quick Reframe Changed My Clients Outlook on Business Instantly

I recently did a 2 day intensive with a client of mine.

We began to start mapping out his business and he started mentioning all the things he wasn’t happy with.

- Not enough dream clients
- Not making enough money
- Chasing up invoices

As he was listing them off, I said ‘alright, let’s first list of 10 positive things you’re actually happy with in your biz and after we’ve done this, instead of looking at what is ‘wrong’ with your business, we can list 10 things that need improvement.’

So after some hard thinking.. really deep thinking we got to the 10th item on the positive list.

I said ‘Great! Now let’s look at the things to improve on list.’

A second goes by, 10..30… 2 minutes..

He had nothing to say.

In this moment I realised the importance of where your focus goes.

Spending time re writing your beliefs and focusing on the positive instead of the things you need to improve on you..

Changes your perspective on the world.

Within the space of 30 Minutes he began to appreciate what his business was serving him already, because it was actually already serving him heaps.

He was grateful for what he had created and once you’ve done this you open up more space for yourself to improve even further.

One of my favourite sayings is ‘Thankful for what I’ve got, but respectfully wanting more.’

Now that he’s reframed his outlook on his business he isn’t focusing on what is negative, he’s focusing on growth and expansion in life and business.

and when you live with this sort of energy, it’s impossible to not attract the life of your dreams.

I’m an old soul… with a twist 🌪️

I believe hard work, consistency and stretching yourself is the key to success… while doing it in the things you love.

My relationship has gender roles, I provide, food, shelter and safety… G cooks, cleans and buys all the plants and pillows… without me being a domineering as***le demanding she does these things.

I believe there are 2 genders.. and ants

I appreciate depth and real over fake-ness and bitching.. I would rather be isolated than listen to a group of people talk s**t about each other.

I eat organic food and prioritise my health and believe that looking your best is feeling your best.

I have 3 main goals.. buy a farm, have a family and impact as many people as I can.

My life is simple, my goals are simple and so will my family be. (Lots of cows, horses, chickens and dogs according to G, I just want heaps of little bebehs)

Sunrises, sunsets, camps and hiking over dinners in the city

I have the drive to conquer a nation, but when I want to I’ll curl up in a ball and watch a movie hating the world

Like I said there’s only 2 things that really bring me fulfilment

Providing and inspiring.

That’s what my soul calls to do.

Not the penthouse apartment and Gucci flip flop sheep skin flip flops

If everyone did this went back to the basics of the quality of their life and asked themselves

What makes them happy? What fulfils them? What brings them peace?

A decent home, a job/business that lights them up and less of a need for all the materialistic items.

There would be less depression, stress and anxiety all around the world.

Well that’s my opinion anyway.. as an old soul with a twist.

A Slight Hiccup on a $100k Kitchen and my Client Said This 😬

I was just wrapping up an $100k kitchen when there was a slight hiccup in the quoting process.

Without going into details i had to go communicate with the client

We’d left something off the actual quote, but i had confirmed in the email that it was going in.

Feeling pretty s**tty about the situation i went into the jobs feeling a toucvh nervous how the conversation would go.

After a 20 minute discussion and a few apologies, we came to the conclusion.

Their response: ‘Honest mistake, they happen, doesn’t change the fact that your reputation proceeds you.’ (Dream Client)

It really just solidified how I show up at my jobs and for my clients.

It also made me think how important ones reputation is in this field.

When people talk about you at the end of their job..

What are they saying about you?

Of course this is massive for referrals. But your reputation in the field can lead to more money than you could have dreamed off.

This is why showing up with absolute excellence in everything you do is crucial to your business growth and expansion.

So ask yourself when you’re doing a job, is this the sort of standard I want to be showing up as.

Is this the sort of reputation I want myself and my business into the future moving forward?

Because if it’s not you’ll need to change that ASAP.

Are You Self Sabotaging Your Business Success?

You’re finally getting a roll on in your business, you even start seeing some success in the gym and life just seems to be moving.

You haven’t been to the pub for a couple of weeks

There’s consistency in all areas of your life. Things are looking good for the first time in a while.

Out of nowhere old mate johnny invites you to the pub on a Friday arvo.

You’re feeling the highs of the success and feeling good about yourself. So you head down to the pub to just have a couple beers to celebrate it.

You drive in with sole intention to come home.

But we know how the story goes.

2 beers turns into a 3rd and the lips are feeling frisky.

Don’t say it, don’t say it, don’t say it… You look at johnny and with a load of hesitation you say… ‘bag?’

Johnny smiles and says ‘mate it’s already on the way’

The night turns into a huge one.. you’ve earned it right?…

Monday rolls along and you’re feeling very average about yourself.

You think to yourself ‘you fkn idiot…. why do you always do this..’

Now you’re making mistakes at work, you’ve lost your discipline ion the gym and things are starting to fall apart.

Before you know it you feel like you’re back to square 1 again, your training is off and you’ve got no money in the bank account.

This is a form of self sabotage, when you start closing into a different level of success you’ve never experienced before your ego freaks the f**k out and pulls you back to safety.

A place you know all too well.

This dangerous zone is what stops a lot of people becoming successful.

they never push past the barrier of discomfort into a new level of themselves.

If you can’t push through it and sit in this discomfort and face the dragons holding you back.

You will keep running these cycles.

This 1 Simple Trick Removed Stress and Anxiety on Site 👇

Before you go to bed you get this urge to check your phone to make sure everything is all good because you don’t want to be stressing about it over night

Then as soon as you wake up you want to make sure you didn’t receive an email at 2am from your client informing you about something

PHEW no emails todays going to be a good day!

HOWEVER IF you receive multiple s**t emails.. uh ohhh bad juju for today and the stressing begins, you start to think about all the things going wrong on site, the unpaid invoices and the chaos thats about to unfold.

For so long I let my phone dictate my mood. Sure the s**t email here tor there always sends me into a bit of stress mode. But it doesn’t dictate my day.

When you decide to put your phone away at the end of the night and first thing in the morning.

You have time to yourself.

In this time you can breathe, have a tea and really just reconnect with yourself and whats important.

It allows you to rest better at night and start your day off in a better head space.

By doing this consistently over time, your overall mood increases because you’re not creating anxiety and stress that isn’t relevant by looking at your phone every 5 seconds.

Sure throughout the day it can get tricky because people need you. But focus on putting your phone away from the blue light 90 minutes before you sleep and 90 minutes after you wake up.

The results will astound you.

What Do Successful People and Worshipers of God Have in Common? 🙏

An unwavering belief.

No matter how many times they get tested.

No matter how many times you’ve wanted to get on the floor crying for some guidance or help.

Even on the days when you think f**k this, f**k everything.

You wake up the next day with that belief that it’s going to work out.

Better than you could have ever imagined.

With this superpower and this one alone you can create anything you want in life.

But a lot of us don’t hold this belief or the belief systems that can help us carry on to that success.

We’ve been programmed to think certain ways.

To think certain ways about money, about the successful and what it requires to achieve this desired result.

So when push comes to shove. We crumble at the slightest bit of discomfort.

But working through these barriers that are holding you back from having the dream life, dream wife and dream business.
