Meet Mat 👋

Consistency matters, especially when it comes to achieving your goals.

That's why we created the Roaming Coach role. A familiar face who already knows you, is onboarded prior and can step in when your regular coach is away, or sick- helping maintain your routine and providing seamless support.

We're excited to introduce Mat, coming into a hybrid role as our new Southside Roaming Coach and Area Coordinator for Ringwood. 💙

Spring is here 🌸 and so is STEPtember! 👟💙

We're proud to be taking part in STEPtember again, raising awareness and supporting the Cerebral Palsy community through the power of movement.

Throughout the month, our coaches will be tracking their steps during sessions with participants, and Fitcare will donate $1 for every 1,000 steps our team takes. Last year was 889,000 steps.. 1 Million is the target!!

We will be keeping you up to date throughout the month! Here's to stepping up for an incredible cause!

Jazzy has been part of the Fitcare family from the beginning, working towards her health and wellbeing goals one step at a time. Along the way she's built healthier habits, lost weight, and discovered a love of swimming as part of her movement journey.

Every participant's path looks different, but meaningful, lasting progress comes from finding movement you enjoy and having the right support around you.
