The club operates as a non-for- profit organisation to provide Belvedere Breakers
Inc/Basketball Club participation for its members and the local community. We are a basketball club based in Seaford, with players from all surrounding areas. Our close association with the representative clubs (The Frankston Blues and Chelsea Gulls) including representative level coaches and players, provides an excellent pathway for your children to progress into the elite basketball levels. Our club creates a safe and inclusive environment and is proud to support families by being the most cost-effective club in our area.

Frankston Basketball - FDBA have a last-minute exciting opportunity for domestic players across our U8, U10 and U12 age groups. Programs such as these don’t come across very often, so couldn’t miss the chance to share with you.

🏀FDBA Domestic Development Program

Take your game to the next level with the FDBA Domestic Development Program, a high-performance coaching experience designed specifically for domestic basketball players looking to improve their skills, build confidence, and accelerate their development.

Led by Frankston Blues NBL1 Captain Lucas Barker alongside members of the 2026 U14 Boys Junior Classic Championship-winning team and current National Championship qualifiers in Perth in September , participants will receive quality coaching in a fun, challenging, and supportive environment.

⛹🏼‍♂️The program focuses on:

Fundamental skill development
Ball handling and decision making
Shooting technique and scoring skills
Defensive fundamentals
Basketball IQ and game understanding
Confidence building and competitive habits
Open to all across U8, U10, and U12 age groups, these sessions are ideal for players wanting to develop their game beyond regular domestic competition.

All proceeds from the program will support the Frankston Blues U14 Boys National Championship campaign, helping our athletes represent the club at the highest level in Perth in September.

They’re counting down to two huge days of basketball, fun, teamwork and competition, and they’d love to see as many players involved as possible.

Whether you’re looking to get some extra court time during the school holidays, improve your skills, compete against other players or just have a great day of basketball, this tournament is for you!
