Week 16 - Twilight 💫

Friday 19 January 2024 - Program A

Events will be called from 6pm, please ensure that you arrive 15 minutes early.

A few reminders:
1. You must wear you club competition singlet and plain black shorts - no pockets
2. Coles patch must be sewn onto you club singlet
3. Commonwealth Bank name patch must be worn - you CANNOT compete without it.

2023/24 Championship Day - 24 February

Knox Little Aths Championship Day portal is open, and athletes can register for champ day.

Registration closes on Saturday 3 February at 6pm.
No late entries.

Athletes must have completed 60% of the season to be eligible to compete on Champ Day. Eligibility list is available on the portal.

Cost: $3 per event.

Duty on the day is compulsory for all families.
Further event information is available on the portal.

Welcome back! We hope that everyone had a good Christmas break and happy New Year.

Reminder to all our families and athletes that our season resumes on Sunday 14th January 2024 - Program C - Starting at 3pm.

As we return to training and competition please remember:
Bring A Hat and Wear It!
Put on sunscreen, bring it with you and reapply during the day. Bring water bottle and stay hydrated 💦☀️

The Knox Open Day has been cancelled for tomorrow.

Sadly, Stephen Hough from the KLAC executive committee passed away this afternoon so the committee have decided to cancel the open 😔
