COVID-19 and it’s effects, impact on local economies and our government’s response to the global health crisis, nearly destroyed our functional training space. Back in 2017 we had a dream to create Brunswick’s BEST Personal Training studio offering real coaching to real people who wanted real, long term results for their health, fitness and wellness.

We’ve just had to do a massive pivot in our business ops but are super proud to launch and stream two core classes while we all navigate this brand new world of social distancing and self-isolation.
