𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐚 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐟𝐢𝐱.

It’s the kind that comes from working out of rhythm.
From running on someone else’s pace.
From mistaking consistency for integrity.

I used to call it burnout.
Now I call it misalignment.

Because most of us aren’t tired from doing too much.
We’re tired from doing too much that isn’t true to our core identity, our true essence.

Productivity isn’t about how much I get done.
It’s about how clean the energy is underneath it.

Some days I write one paragraph and it moves more than a week of forcing.
Some days I rest — and the clarity that comes after changes everything.

That’s truth per minute.
That’s what real productivity feels like.

Your rhythm isn’t a weakness.
It’s intelligence.

Fatigue is feedback.
Ease is evidence.
Rest is regulation.

Your body always knows when you’ve slipped out of sync.

The paradox is this:
When I slow down, I don’t lose momentum.

Most coaches think the reason they aren’t experiencing overflow is strategy.

Over the weekend I ran my private client 2 day Immersion.

This is something I love doing and do regularly for those in my containers and spaces.

But this weekend felt different.
It felt like a big shift was unfolding.

and this shift felt like it was in me..

like it is something that has been brewing for a while now.

and I have sat with this feeling.
not tyring to bring it out earlier or faster
just sat with it.

I would say it landed the day before we began.

and when this 'shift' landed it was huge!

and not huge as in OOH THATS BIG kinda huge.

it was huge in the way it expanded me, my energetic field, my ability to hold higher levels of frequency, my capacity to drawn in those in my frequency and support them to calibrate to a higher tone.

Sometimes I don't have words for what I feel I am here for.

I know it is for greater than what I have done in the past.

and I know also that it is not for everyone.

Clients come and clients go and sometimes there are unicorn humans who just stay because they feel somewhere that the energy and frequency of 'staying' means we grow together.

We rise together and when needed, I take the lead and when needed, I walk beside.

𝐈 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐣𝐨𝐲.

𝐈 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐭.

My body learned young that being visible came with a cost.

The moment I felt real pleasure, it was taken.
The moment I opened, I was told I was wrong for it.
So I retreated — into solitude, into excellence, into silence.
Not because I didn’t want connection…
but because being met never felt safe.

I used to call it nervous system calm.
But sometimes it was just contraction in disguise.

Tightness in my throat.
A quiet ache in my chest.
A deep belief that 𝑖𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑦 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦 𝑠𝑎𝑤 𝑚𝑒, 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑦’𝑑 𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑣𝑒.

But here’s the thing...

You can build a beautiful business from that place.
You can even help others heal.
But it will always cost you joy.

What I’ve learned — and what I hold my clients through — is the return to 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐫.
