Black Site Fitness is back and ready to help our veterans reclaim their quality of life.

This isn't a "train harder" gym. It's clinical exercise rehabilitation designed specifically for veterans, meeting you where you're at and building you back up with evidence-based programs tailored to your goals, injuries, and service-related conditions.

The goal isn't personal bests. It's restoring real-world function, walking, lifting, sleeping, working, and living well again.

Our Exercise Physiology services are fully DVA-funded for White and Gold card holders with a doctor's referral. Jake, our Specialist Exercise Physiologist, creates personalized health programs at no cost to eligible veterans.

Our team normally don't post much about the donations we make, but this time we need to thank all our customers that continue to purchase from us, as well as our charity partner The Code 9 Foundation.

This week we popped into Ward 17 and restocked them with a range of coffees, our new vacuum canister, cleaning products, hot chocolate and 20 keep cups for the men and women that have served their country both overseas and at home.

With Damien at the helm, we will be expanding the group size of the tour and led by the fantastic team from Red Hill Trail Co.. will be guiding our riders through Red Hill and the surrounding trails.
