6 Tips to help grow your Muscles 💪🏾

1. Get More Sleep

Muscle recovery requires more than the right nutrition. It takes time, roughly eight hours per night dedicated to recovery. When you sleep, your body releases human growth hormone, which helps grow muscle.

2. Eat more protein

Strength training breaks down your muscles, and protein builds them back up. The more difficult your lifting workouts are, the more important muscle building foods become when weighing protein intake to solidify recovery’s.

3: Eat before a workout

Eating or drinking carbohydrates before exercise can improve workout performance and may allow you to work out for a longer time or at a higher intensity.

4. Eat within 30 min after workout session

after your workout will dramatically improve your recovery, decreasing muscle soreness so you can get on with your day.

5. Increase training volume

Your number of reps multiplied by your number of sets, is a primary determiner of hypertrophy (muscle volume growth). To be able to to increase volume you’ll need to start off with a lower weight to progress bigger.

6. Focus on your ROM

To help maintain flexibility and mobility at the joint performed.
