💥 Assisted Pull Up Machine❌Gym Bro vs ✅ PT Davey

✅ Keep your abs engaged and spine neutral
✅ Shoulders pressed down and back.
✅ Contract your lats and pull yourself up until your chin is over the bar. Hold the position for a count of “one”.

❌ Don’t swing body up
❌ Don’t hunch you shoulders

I HATE GOODBYES... Until next time 😥

There was an incredibly hard decision that had been made. And as hard as it was, it is very much bitter sweet. I'll be saying, "Until next time" to Jetts.

I would like to thank the club owners Geegg and Kas for being incredible and supportive over these years. Through the ups and downs, they always had my back.

Club Manager Afro (Anastasia 🤭). Always causing trouble. There was not a single day that we worked together, that it ever felt like a "job". I'll really miss our shenanigans ❤

And to my clients... so many are friends now. Shoutout to Italian Stallion, James, Tanya, The young man who has really come out of his shell, Liam and many more. It's been amazing.

💪🏼 PT Davey vs Gym-Bro! Ab crunch machine…who is right? 🤣

✅ Ab crunch machines are designed to target your abs and obliques.

✅ Before you start, your head should rest comfortably on top of the head pad.
✅ Exhale as you come forward for each repetition. Your hips should maintain contact with the pad at all times. Try to maintain a steady pace without any erratic, forced movements.

💪🏼 JimBro is back for another session! Bicep Curls- Ezi Bar 🤣

✅ An EZ-bar curl is best used to build bigger biceps. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent. Hold an EZ-bar in an underhand grip with your arms extended and then curl the bar up towards your chest, keeping your elbows in to your sides.

✅ The pullup is one of the most effective exercises for strengthening the back muscles.
