Last week we re-tested the Barbell Bench Press, and there were some great improvements across the studio.

The best part about benchmarks isn’t the numbers on the screen, it’s seeing what happens when consistency meets effort.

Over the past 9 weeks, our members have shown up, put in the work, and trusted the process. Last week’s Barbell Back Squat retest was proof that those small efforts add up.

💥500 Sessions for our very own dancing queen .re.lla.fdez 💃👏🏽.

From smashing workouts to turning every rest break into her own personal dance floor, she’s brought the energy to every single session 🙌🏽

No matter how tough the workout gets, Mirella somehow still finds the strength to bust out a move between sets and Coach is always ready for a dance off… even though he thinks his hips move better 😂🤔 But we all know the truth lol 💃🏽

What makes this milestone even more impressive is the determination she’s shown along the way. Knee issues, shoulder issues… yet she’s continued to show up, train smart, modify when needed and never let setbacks stop her from moving forward. That consistency and determination is something special 💪🏽

And somehow between all these sessions, dance breaks and keeping us entertained… she’s also planning a wedding for the end of the year 💍👏🏽

500 sessions is a huge achievement and a reflection of the positivity, commitment and fun energy you bring into the studio every day.
