Fun change of pace from the usual reactive SAQ work, keeping the intensity high, players engaged and setting the tone for the session from the very start.

With a primary focus on Acceleration (projection and switching), here we have soccer athlete, Christianos, going through his velocity block from earlier.

V1) A-Switch w/ Plate Overhead
V2) Prowler Sprint
V3) Prone 10m Acceleration

Building speed starts with mastering the fundamentals.

From projection mechanics and stiffness qualities to force application and front-side switching, each drill layers into the next to create a stronger, faster and more efficient athlete on the pitch.
