This November we are raising awareness and money for mens health. To tackle the crazy and sad statistics that currently stand in NZ, Australia and the world, we have set you a challenge. Pick a cause, select the goal and run your way through November raising money and awareness to support the men in your life.

Reminder:
⚡️ Friday runs are open to all you do not need to be a paying femmi member.
⚡️ The runs are between 3-6km with paces varying between 5:30-6:30 per km, BUT even if this isn’t your speed you won’t be left behind & a FEMFRIDAY walk club is more than welcome.
⚡️ We stand for inclusivity, enjoyment, community and friendship, it’s not about speed it’s about getting sweaty, chatting and coffee ☕️

The reason why our community is so strong is because many of us have been through similar experiences. Although different journeys, the impact that the lack of education around female physiology and psychology has had on each one of us has unfortunately been huge.

What a weekend for the Femmi ladies! Taking on the Sydney half marathon and 10km.

PBS galore, bodies pushed to their limits showing each of these incredible women what they are capable of when they put their mind to it. We even got 2 podium finishes with coach taking out the 10km and coach in 3rd.

The Femmi community continues to amaze and show up supporting each other.

“I’ve had the privilege of calling myself a runner for as long as I can remember. All through my schooling years and into adulthood, running has been a strong pillar in my life that I have always come back to. When I had my son 3 and a half years ago, my life as I knew it changed, but I was determined to keep my running a constant. Not just for my fitness or physical strength, but for my mental health most of all. Going through pregnancy, child birth and then postpartum recovery, I realised I knew very little about my own hormonal profile or mensural cycle. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be able to improve my running by learning more. I’ve been working with Esther at Femmi for over a year now and have gained so much confidence, knowledge, and respect for what my body and mind are capable of. The best is yet to come!”
