A full circle ⭕️ moment worth celebrating! 11 years graduating from AIPT to Mentoring students at the same institution.
A few months ago I took on a new role mentoring PT students at AIPT through the practical training for Cert 3 & 4. Which is a job I don’t take lightly as I am able to shape the future of people who are wanting to follow the same path I have. 🧡🤍
So today I’m a second to recognise myself and the opportunity I’ve been given to do so - another moment to be proud of and many more years doing my dream job 💭 ✨🥹
I remember taking this photo and feeling so proud and excited to embark on this new journey.
I started my PT certifications, as a way to fill my time whilst I continue to apply for graduate roles as a social worker, which is what I studied at Monash University for 4.5 years
To be honest, I had an inkling deep down that it was the pathway that I wanted to choose for my career, but the stories of PT never lasting past six months were ingrained into me.
The path to being a successful PT has been hard, wearing multiple hats in business and continuing to believe in myself even when it felt impossible but I wouldn’t change it for the world and I think that I’ve surpassed the doubts that others placed on me through those limiting beliefs.
And so, 11 years later - I’m helllla fkn proud to be here, still pushing, still grinding and forever growing and learning and teaching ✨🤍🥹
