Rohan and I first met while I was a PT at the gym he trained at. We had a few chats in passing and he realised he was not making the most of his time and effort in the gym. As a typical high-achiever, this did not sit well with him; why be average when you can be excellent?? π₯
Aware of my extensive education and experience as a coach (having won bodybuilding contests and transformed other guys at his gym), we got to work and our results in the first 9 months speak for themselves! (May β23, 82kg) - Feb β24, 80kg) π₯ππΌ
Rohan trained 4-5 days per week, was in the final year of his law degree, worked 2 part time jobs and maintained a healthy social life! Heβs a smart bloke but didnβt have the time to read everything about nutrition, training, and recovery, let alone troubleshoot & effectively apply it. π‘So he did what any smart man would do; he leveraged my knowledge & experience to start seeing results from Week 1!π«±πΌβπ«²π½
ππΌββοΈI drew up a new training program; eradicating all the junk volume and correcting for muscular imbalances.
π½οΈI cleaned up his diet; giving him more food with better micronutrient spread and he started changing quickly. Once we cleared off the excess fat, I bulked him up to 90kg in 18 weeks followed by a 12 week cut to get him lean enough for the next growth phase. ππΌ
The best reason to hire a nutrition/health coach is to improve your length and quality of life. The second best reason is to SAVE TIME!! β³Most guys spend years in the gym getting minimal return on their investment. Itβs frustrating for them to experience, and sad for me to witness! If youβre already going to the gym and eating, you may as well put in that extra 10% for a 10x return!! π
Rohan made more progress in 9 months than most guys make years, without contemplating the use of SARMS, steroids, or cutting out entire food groups π«π. He ate tasty food, having 1-2 untracked meals per week while getting in the best shape of his life. During his growth phase, he was even able to enjoy a few social drinks on occasion! πΊπΌπ»
