A dad who wanted to be able to take my daughter to the beach and the pool without feeling self-conscious. So I started researching and trying exercises using my bodyweight to build strength and fitness. I started to eat right, learn calisthenics, and skip with a rope, just like my favorite boxers. After 4 months, I lost 32 kilos. In the park. Working on myself. I started out just inspiring others
which lead me to become accredited Certified personal trainer during COVID restrictions. And I am teaching others how they can do it too, based on what I do every day and what I've learned along the way. You don't need expensive equipment or a membership at the local gym (which you never use). All you need is willpower, your own body weight, a healthy meal plan, and some support. Bodyweight training and calisthenics may look hard. And it is when you first start out. With a little help to make sure you are balancing right, you can build up your core muscles quickly. I'm a dad who has worked hard to build my strength and fitness in a low budget way - in the park, while my daughter plays. And it's paid off. I've lost a bunch of weight, no longer have asthma or snore at night. I did it all through learning about calisthenics, nutrition and street workouts. Why did I do it? In March 2019, I looked and felt like a different person. I was 6 foot 4 and 116kg. My daughter is the most important thing in my life and I wasn't able to run around with her. By June, I was down to 85kgs. I did this for her. And I can help you do it too. My vision
I help people like me, who don't have a lot of time or money, to waste it in a gym. I help people who want to spend time with their family, outside in the sunshine. And get fit with what is around them - monkey bars, a U-shaped kitchen bench, and stairs. However I am a hybrid athlete who trains and works at a gym part time, and have designed workouts for people of all ages, to ensure they are equipped and working out correct and efficiently. I help people who want to learn how to do the basics of calisthenics or strength training. My inspiration
Growing up in Brooklyn, Harlem and The Bronx, New York, I was surrounded by people, who were in the best shape of their lives, and didn't need a gym to get fit. They used whatever was at their disposal - playground equipment, park benches, ... anything they could grab a hold of and use their body strength. Begin your journey and Get2it
