Our strength and tone dynamic Pilates kicked off on a Monday night three weeks ago. Itβs becoming a popular class !
Incorporating weights, body balance, core, resistance bands and fitballs, for an all over low impact class .
Suitable for all fitness levels and ages .
Classes are Monday nights at 7.15 pm and Thursday mornings at 9.30.
Welcoming inclusive environment with no pressure.
