THERE’S NO SHORTCUT TO A THICK BACK.

No need for heaps of movements.

Heavy rows, pulls, chins and deads.

Grab the weight, control it, and make your back do the work.

One hard set after another.

No ego lifting.
No half reps.

LOAD IT.
PULL IT.
GROW.

Train like your physique depends on it — because it does.

OLD SCHOOL. HEAVY IRON. NO BU****IT.

25 rep squats 🫠

There’s a reason squats have stood the test of time.

They’re brutal. Your heart rate goes through the roof, your lungs are screaming, and by the end your entire lower body is pumped and cooked.

Quads. Glutes. Hamstrings. Core. Everything working.

You can have all the fancy leg machines in the world, but when it comes to building serious legs, the squat is still king. 👑

Get under the bar. Get uncomfortable. Get strong.

Squat.

THE DAYS YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE DOING IT
ARE THE DAYS THAT MATTER MOST.

This here is a cool back specific flow.

Posing is something I genuinely love to practice.

The details. The transitions. The control. Finding a sequence that feels right and makes each pose connect to the next.

You don’t just learn to pose — you learn to flow.

And I could practice this s**t all day.

BUILDING A THICK, DENSE BACK 🦍

If you want a thick, dense back, you need to learn how to train it with intensity.

Heavy weight.
Slow eccentric.
Controlled reps.
No swinging.
No ego lifting.

Every rep has a purpose.

I’m not interested in moving a weight from A to B just so I can say I lifted it.

I want the back under serious mechanical tension, with enough intensity that the final reps demand everything I’ve got.

That’s the difference between training hard and just lifting heavy.

Build strength.
Build load.
Build control.
Then progressively overload it.

Years of doing that = a back you can’t hide.
