Good morning lovely folks. Melbourne has put on the sunshine today after a wet and miserable weekend. Great for snuggling and enjoying a hot chocolate, but not for much else.

Its such a big surprise. Master Colin Underwood travelled all the way to the UK from chilly Melbourne to take part in the workshop with Professor Bowman. And under Professor Bowman's expert eye, we are pleased to share that he graded to his 6th Dan.
Congratulation Master Colin, well deserved.

28 of November I injured my foot, had x-ray a week later hospital said it was badly bruised, didn't get better so went to emergency today, been walking around with a fractured foot
