The warmer weather is coming with some exciting new changes 🔥 Our new Spring/Summer timetable will start next Monday 31 August onwards.

Highlights:
🥊 New BOXING only class Monday 7am with Coach Richard
🥊 New PADWORK + CLINCHING all levels Muay Thai class Friday 7am with Coach Allie
🥊 WOMENS ONLY Muay Thai now on Saturdays 7:30am-8:30am
🥊 S&C classes now on Saturdays 9am-10am

Our team is always working to improve experiences for our members, and we hope everyone is just excited as we are for these new classes and changes! Also a friendly reminder to book your classes via the app to avoid disappointment.

Our newest addition to the fight team and definitely one to look out for 👀 Starting from the bottom up with our classes, Callum has worked hard towards his goal of being a fighter. From the beginners class all the way to advanced, participating in regular interclubs and most recently the MTV interclub, he is nearly there for his amateur fight debut.

We can’t wait to see him in action this October!
