Nicholas Szabo proud owner of Stop Existing and Start living began his own journey at the age of 2 where he trained at Australia’s Brent Street Studios in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Gymnastics, Singing, and Acting. After Appearing in Television Commercials, Movies, and Major Musicals and working with the greats such as Kelley Abbey, Jason Coleman, Todd McKenny, Rhonda Burchmore, Da

vid Atkins, and Tina Arena. International performances included Disneyland, Atlanta Olympics Closing Ceremony, and Tokyo DisneySea where he worked as an Acrobat and Dancer. With Dance not being Nicholas’s only passion, he also competed at State Level 5 Gymnastics where he places second on the Floor and Vault. After a 14 year break due to injury at the age of 20 Nicholas was determined to begin his journey again but old injuries started to reoccur and he was told to just give up. Nicholas chose to ignore this advice and started to study and find answers, and a way to fix himself. He studied; Cert III and Cert IV in fitness, first level nutrition, Thai chi for rehabilitation, advanced strength and conditioning, trigger point therapy, myofascial decompression (cupping) and applied it to himself. With perseverance, he had success and has found something that worked. In 2019 this is what saw the launch of . With the belief that he can do it at this level and age then so can you. Let me take you on a journey and teach you how to help yourself and achieve your in a non-intimidating environment. This is the outcome through patience and perseverance 🤸

Anyone who's known me for years will know how much I love to flip and the thing I've personally missed the most is tumbling and gymnastics. The feeling of moving so fast and then all of a sudden fly in the air momentarily before spotting the floor for a controlled landing.

Being 39 now my body has not responded very well to any acrobatics. So, for the last 3 years I have spent a lot of energy as a coach teaching my clients and the importance of these 4 fundamental principles;
🏋️Strengthen (conditioning training)
🤸 Legnthen (flexibility training)
💆Release (massage, cupping, ice/heat packs)
🧘Rest (sleep, meditation, yoga)

It's been so much fun watching my clients achieve milestones and goals but the most challenging one to achieve was my own.
After a journey of perseverance, tears, pain, meditation and patience I was able to achieve my wings again to fly..........WITHOUT ANY PAIN!!!!!! It's been many years since I've had this feeling of freedom and confidence in my body again. I've also learnt that sometimes journeys may seem to take a lifetime. But if you are realistic, true to your heart and are ready to put in the hard work, then you are one step closer to achieving your 💛

THERAPY TOOLS💛🤸

As a coach I have many tools up my sleeve to help treat sore spots in my clients weather it be rehab treatment or just maintaining post workout stiffness.
My personal favourite is the trigger ball. I personally keep one in my bag everywhere I go just in case I need a quick release, especially between my weekly treatments.
Keeping ontop of trigger points by not only releasing them, but conditioning/strengthening/stretching the area has been very benifitial, especially as I get older.

As a coach and active gymnast, I need my body to work efficiently as much as possible. Seeing the right therapist for me is incredibly important which is why I mainly lean towards traditional eastern practices ie; cupping, scrapping/sliding, acupuncture and deep tissue massage.
Combining this with stretching, conditioning and plenty of rest, I've been able to still maintain a high level of athleticism whilst still being able to walk the next day🤸🤸🤸
Through our many, many lockdowns and without weekly therapy sessions 😭😭,
my cups became my best friend and helped me dramatically stay ontop of trigger points, while still keeping ontop of training.

Ariel cartwheels was the first big skill I learnt in gymnastics more then 30 years ago now. I was so proud when I finally landed it without putting hands down that I got up and repeated the skill 10 more times just to be sure it wasn't a fluke💛

Today, it still ranks up there as one of my top 5 favourite skills not only to practice, but to also teach my younger students💛
Knowing that for a split second I am flying with grace and precision still takes my breath away yet fills my soul with so much life💛

It's moments like this that remind me why I became a Holistic Fitness Coach. I love what I do and have to admit that I have never felt so much inspiration, motivation, burning passion and desire to continue to move forward on this journey and share this inspiration far and wide💛

For me gymnastics wasn't something that was handed to me on a silver platter. It took discipline, courage, strength and most importantly trust in my own abilities. The amount of times I fell, twisted ankles, popped shoulders and even slipped a disc in my lower back was insane. Did it stop me........HELL NO!!!!! If I fell, I just got straight back up and repeated the skill until I was happy. This level of training taught me from a young age that if you want something bad enough, what will be the sacrifice in order to obtain it???

With my very own syllabus, I'm here to show you that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE IF WE PUT OUR MINDS TO IT!!!

WHO STRETCHES DAILY???

This is me👋 and guess what??? I LOVE TO STRETCH🤸🤸

I started stretching at the ripe old age of 2 1/2, through dancing/gymnastics, and I’ve been stretching ever since!

As a coach one of the most satisfying and challenging things to coach is stretching and I find that facinating for so many reasons. But the main reason……it bloody hurts and it can take some time, perseverance and much patience. With perseverance comes reward which could be as simple as getting out of bed with minimised pain or setting a goal to get down to the splits!!!!! (Game on!)

The real challenge is ALLOWING yourself time and finding the purpose in WHY and most importantly HOW to stretch.

Now, are you an office worker or a fitness finatic? Do you struggle to get out of bed in the morning or sit behind a computer all day? Do you find yourself rubbing your shoulders intermittently throughout the day? I have a secret for you……if you stretch, your body will improve!!!!

Here we have one of my favourite clients Chris smashing out a battle rope combination as our regular warm ups. As a Holistic Fitness Coach, working in lockdown VIA ZOOM this has tested not only my knowledge on safety and innovation but how important motivational psychology is, especially in this crazy, uncertain world we currently live in.

However, with services opening up, and people starting to get out and about I'm about to take my coaching out in the open🤸🤸
It's been a long time coming but I'm hungry, vibing and ready to get as many people back on track with;

- HIIT bootcamp
- Kids conditioning/acrobatics

Here we will be focusing on basic at home stretches to help improve poor posture and elevate tension in the shoulders, back and neck. So all my office workers working from home at the moment, you will LOVE this 🙏

Welcome family 🙏
With the madness and confusion of this world growing by the day, I've decided to crawl out of my own shell, stand back up, take a deep breath in and tumble my way back to my true purpose in life which is coaching people through physical development, mental blockages and goal setting 🏋️💕

To kick things off I'll be hosting a FREE ZOOM CLASS for anyone who will like to come and join in. Here I will be starting at the beginning of my syllabus focusing on basic at home stretches along with some breathing techniques to help us all through these challenging times, even if it's just for the hour 😉
