This is the outcome through patience and perseverance 🤸
Anyone who's known me for years will know how much I love to flip and the thing I've personally missed the most is tumbling and gymnastics. The feeling of moving so fast and then all of a sudden fly in the air momentarily before spotting the floor for a controlled landing.
Being 39 now my body has not responded very well to any acrobatics. So, for the last 3 years I have spent a lot of energy as a coach teaching my clients and the importance of these 4 fundamental principles;
🏋️Strengthen (conditioning training)
🤸 Legnthen (flexibility training)
💆Release (massage, cupping, ice/heat packs)
🧘Rest (sleep, meditation, yoga)
It's been so much fun watching my clients achieve milestones and goals but the most challenging one to achieve was my own.
After a journey of perseverance, tears, pain, meditation and patience I was able to achieve my wings again to fly..........WITHOUT ANY PAIN!!!!!! It's been many years since I've had this feeling of freedom and confidence in my body again. I've also learnt that sometimes journeys may seem to take a lifetime. But if you are realistic, true to your heart and are ready to put in the hard work, then you are one step closer to achieving your 💛
